Bicknell; correspondence with U.S. State Dept. re his assignment; copies of his diary notes, June 22-Nov. 4, l9l5, covering his journey from Tampico to Vera Cruz to Mexico City and commenting primarily on the political scene; reports on his relief work; minutes of meetings of the ARC Committee in Mexico City; reports on conditions in Mexico (not written by O'Connor); clippings; etc., Also included is a report of his experiences in Red Cross work, prepared July 8, l9l9.
